The music video for “Ad Junkie” by LIP TALK, from her debut album D A Y S, is an exploration of the ways in which social media technology and content are capable of breaking down the barriers between public and private life. Responding to the haunting tone of LIP TALK’s music, the visuals present a melancholic world of loneliness and empty performances of self-empowerment.
The production cast and crew of “Ad Junkie” was comprised largely of women and LGBTQ individuals.
